School Meals Anyone wishing to make changes to their meal arrangements from September please inform the school office in writing before next Friday, 10th July. There is to be a price increase in school meals in September and they will cost £1.65 per day, i.e. £8.25 per week. Anyone wishing to pay for the half term from 7th September 09 to 23rd October 09 will need to pay £57.75 (less any credits owing).
Packed lunches Can you please make sure, if you provide your child with such items as frubes, cheese strings, etc. at lunchtime that they are able to open them.
PD Days 2009/2010 Please note we will no longer be having a PD day on 12th February 2010 and 1st April 2010. These have been replaced with PD Days on Monday, 25th January 2010 and Monday 1st March 2010. P.D. Days for academic year 09/10 are therefore now as follows: Thursday, 3rd September 2009, Friday, 4th September 2009, Monday, 25th January 2010, Monday 1st March 2010, Friday, 28th May 2010
Growing Club Notice Mrs McNamee will be running a growing/garden club again in September on a Monday from 3 to 3.45 p.m. The club is open to children who will be in Year 1 and Year 2 from September 09. If your child is interested please call into the office for a consent form which should be completed and returned to school. Mrs McNamee will confirm places before the end of this term.

Workshop Mrs Hedley would like to thank all parents for supporting the workshops for SRE and Drugs Education on Monday evening, 20th June.
Wetnose Animal Aid fund Day Thank you to those pupils who designed a poster and made a donation to Wetnose Animal Aid. We managed to raise £12 for this fund.
PFA Summer Fair Thank you to everyone who supported our summer fair on Wednesday. The weather was certainly kind to us and everyone seemed to have a really good time. The PFA would like to thank all helpers, staff and pupils for making this such a successful event and managing to raise a fantastic grand total of £560.
HTTV Heartstart The year 6 pupils have been taught how to administer CPR and how to put a casualty into the recover position. During their training they learnt what the acronym DR's ABC stands for. They enjoyed their time with the Heartstart team, Click the link below to view how they got on.

Seaton Carew Ward Surgery Seaton Carew’s neighbourhood police officer, PC Mick Johnson, will be available at Seaton Library, Station Lane, on Monday, 20th July between 4 – 7 p.m. for any concerns or questions.
