Easter Disco 31st March - 19 March 2010

Dates for your diary 19th-22nd March    Y5 France 29th March  Easter egg/bonnet competitions in school.   3 – 4.15 PFA Easter Fair. 31st March  Easter disco 1st April      Break up   Easter egg raffle   After school activities There will be no after school activities running on Monday, 29th March 2010 due to the Easter Fair taking place.  Our “Seaton Crew” after school club childcare will however run as usual.   Kwik Cricket – Y4, Y5 & Y6 After the Easter holidays, Mrs Storm will be starting the Kwik Cricket club on a Wednesday after school, 3-3.45pm for Years 4, 5 & 6.  If your child is in Year4,5 or 6 and would like to join this club please collect an application form from the office and return to Mrs Storm as soon as possible.   Hartlepool Hospice We are now selling Easter chicks to raise funds for Hartlepool Hospice.  They are available from the school office and cost £1.50 each.   Multi-skills club There are no more places available at multi skills club run by Mrs Crowe this term.

Credit Union Savings Please continue to send your savings in on a Tuesday morning.  However due to staff shortages at Credit Union your book may not be returned to you the same day but you should receive it by the end of the week.  Hopefully normal service will resume shortly.   Milk We will be collecting donations for milk money for the next full term, i.e. 19th April to 23rd July 2010 next Tuesday 23rd March, Wednesday 24th March and Thursday 25th March 2010.  (We are only collecting consent forms and donations on the 3 days specified as this will hopefully reduce the number of queries being made). A receipt for all those who have requested milk for next term will be sent out on Friday, 26th March 2010, for safe keeping. The final collection date for next term’s milk is Thursday, 25th March 2010 and late requests will be returned. Please complete the consent form below and return together with a donation of £13 in a clearly marked envelope on 23rd, 24th or 25th March 2010.  Please do not send in money without the consent form.  A new consent form is needed even if your child is currently receiving milk.   Annual Maintenance Fee Thank you to everyone who has made their donation of £7.50 per child for our annual maintenance fee.  If you have not made a donation it is not too late, please send this to school as soon as possible.  Cheques should be made payable to Holy Trinity School Fund.
