You can order school logo uniform on line at www.stparents.co.uk. or alternatively collect an order form from the school office. All orders received before Thursday 1st July 2010 should be delivered before we break up for the summer holidays.
As I am sure you are all aware Shop for Schools is coming to a close this Sunday 13th June. They will be informing us early next week of the final positions and which prize band our school falls into. Thank you to everyone who has supported this event.
Dinner money costs £1.80 per day, i.e. £9 per week and is collected on a Monday morning. A change to meal arrangements (e.g. school meals to packed lunches) may only take place at the beginning of a HALF TERM, and you need to inform the school office in writing, giving at least one week’s notice, before your child makes a change.
Mrs Wiles is looking for new members to start her Sign Language club which runs on a Monday from 3 to 3.45 p.m. If your child would like to join this club please collect a consent form from the office, complete and return it to Mrs Wiles. Mrs Wiles will inform interested pupils whether or not they have a place and when the sessions will begin.
Macedonia Fundraising event – 27th May
Thank you for your support and your generous donations for our Macedonia fundraising event which took place in school on 27th May. We are continuing to receive sponsor money but would ask that all donations please be sent into school before next Friday, 18th June in order that we can total it up and send it off to the Destiny Church. We will let you know the final amount raised however would inform you that to date we have raised over £700, which is a fantastic achievement so far. Thanks again for supporting this event.

We now have a supply of red and navy baseball caps and knitted hats which cost £3 each and are available from the school office.
There are still places available in Research Club which is run on a Monday from 3 to 3.45 p.m. by Mrs Gibson. If your child is in year 2 and would like to attend this club please collect a consent form from the office.
Don’t forget to send in your tesco vouchers before Friday, 25th June in order that they can be banked and get much needed equipment for school. Vouchers received after this date will be too late.
Hartlepool Football in the Community
Football sessions with Hartlepool Football in the Community will run on a Thursday after school, starting again next Thursday 17th June from 3.15 to 4.15. Appropriate outdoor kit is required, including shin pads. We request a £5 donation for the sessions running from 17th June to 15th July 2010, which will be collected at the start of the first session, next Thursday. Refunds cannot be made for non attendance. This club will run with the same members as last term however if your child no longer wishes to attend please inform Miss Davison as soon as possible as we do have a waiting list for this club.
Year 4 will have received a letter about the France visit in 2011 and we are sending home a booklet tonight. Can you please return your slip by Monday indicating whether or not your child requires a place.
